Griff Lamar born Antoinne Lamar Griffin is a Louisiana native. After graduating high school in McDonough, GA in 2006 he followed in his father's footsteps joining the Air Force and was stationed in New Mexico. In 2010, Griff started writing and producing songs with a unique blend of hip hop, r&b and even pop. His songs gained local attention ultimately beginning to build him a fan base in the Southwest. After getting out of the Air Force in 2011 Griff took his music to the next level by releasing several mixtapes and music videos. In early 2012 Griff's music gained national exposure after the music video for his single "Super Swagg" debuted on BET's 106 & Park. The video also receives regular rotation in different retail stores such as Foot Locker. His songs have also received radio play. At 25 years old Griff Lamar has shown immense potential and diversity as an artist. He also started his own clothing brand with the logo "wtf@?" which stands for "where the freaks at?"
